Overview

A boutique eco-luxury resort located on the front of the pristine sands of Paje Beach, on the East coast of Zanzibar. Ideal for a romantic getaway, family holidays or treating your loved ones to a luxury experience. The large resort (4 hectares) hosts only 11 luxury villas and 3 Cinnamon rooms to ensure the maximum space for each of the guest.

The resort has spa facilities and treatments, two restaurants, a rooftop champagne bar, a beach bar and a lounge, as well as a high-end kite-surfing and watersports center.

Accommodation

Each Villa is located on a 1500 sq. m. of private plot delimited by lush gardens, with live-able area of 500 sq. meters of complete privacy.

The unique architecture of each villa has been specially designed to blend in with the natural beauty of the setting and is uncompromising when it comes to luxury standards. Interiors have been decorated with carefully selected antiques and highest quality designs. Each villa faces the seafront and consists of two units connected by a garden with a terrace and private pool. The main part of the villa is a day area with a stunning high-ceiling lounge and dining section. The second part is a resting area including bedroom with king-size bed, dressing closet, and bathroom with rain shower as well as outdoor bathtub.

The Cinnamon Double Rooms are located within one building, with a garden view and about 100 meters from the beachfront. This room of 42 m2 includes a bathroom, it features a terrace and private garden area as well as an outdoor hot tub for the ultimate relaxation. This is the perfect room for budget-conscious travelers looking for a comfortable stay.

Dining at White Sand

Doors to Zanzibar is the stylish, main restaurant and serves international food with a Zanzibar twist from breakfast, lunch and dinner. The main pool and children pool are also serving areas, as well as the terrace and beautiful high-ceiling main dining room with a large nacre chandelier. The dress code is smart casual.

The beach restaurant is open for lunch and offers healthy, organic and fresh food, typically a seafood barbecue with a choice of side dishes and fresh salads, as well as healthy smoothies. The view on the beach is exceptional.

Cinnamon Double Room

The Cinnamon rooms are three rooms located in one villa. They offer an amazing quality/budget ratio as they have access to all ZWS amenities without the extra cost of an opulent villa. Each room has a private entrance and private garden area. They are located in the gardens of the resort, about 100 meters from the beachfront and have garden view. This Double room includes an en-suite bedroom, terrace and outdoor hot tub.

Cinnamon Quadruple Room

The Cinnamon rooms are three rooms located in one villa. They offer an amazing quality/budget ratio as they have access to all ZWS amenities without the extra cost of an opulent villa. Each room has a private entrance and private garden area. They are located in the gardens of the resort, about 100 meters from the beachfront and have garden view.

This Quadruple room includes two bedrooms (one king size bed and two twin beds), one bathroom and a living area.

Cinnamon Family Room

The Cinnamon rooms are three rooms located in one villa. They offer an amazing quality/budget ratio as they have access to all ZWS amenities without the extra cost of an opulent villa. Each room has a private entrance and private garden area. They are located in the gardens of the resort, about 100 meters from the beachfront and have garden view.

This Family room includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living area.

Deluxe Room with private pool in shared Five-bedroom Presidential Villa

The 75 m2 room is located within a Presidential Five-bedroom Villa. It includes 2 bedrooms (king size bed and 2 twin beds respectively) and one bathroom. It also has a private entrance and private pool. The room shares villa entrance, garden ground and living room with 3 other en-suite rooms.

Deluxe Room in shared Five-bedroom Presidential Villa (no private pool access)

The 55 m2 en-suite room is located within the Presidential Five-bedroom Villa. It is either ground or top floor. The room shares villa entrance, garden ground and living room with 3 other en-suite rooms. It has a private bathroom with rainshower, 2 sinks, desk, mini-bar, closet and terrace or balcony. The view is on the garden. It does not have a private pool but has access to all ZWS amenities, including main pool by the Restaurant.

The 75 m2 master en-suite room is located within the Presidential Five-bedroom Villa. It is located on the top floor and includes a private rooftop terrace with hot tub as well as a large bathroom with indoor rainshower and indoor bathtub. The room shares villa entrance, garden ground and living room with 3 other en-suite rooms. It has a desk, mini-bar, closet and balcony. It does not have a private pool but has access to all ZWS amenities, including main pool by the Restaurant.
