The Wallow Lodge – Kate’s review

This is on site of old Elephant Interaction centre,. It lies about 10-15 mins from Victoria Falls town and 20 minutes from the airport
4 star lodge with good quality rooms
16 rooms all the same in style. Numbers 1-8 are on level walkways so easy for frail people
Numbers 9-16 have a few steps. All overlook the Masuwe river (which is fairly swampy looking)
Tented rooms were of a good standard with air-con, balcony overlooking ‘river/stream’, separate bathroom with sliding room with indoor and outdoor shower, dressing area, safe, and enclosed loo. Minibar is fully stocked
Open sided dining and living room main area
Very small swimming pool however so better if you are people who like to get out and about rather than lazing by the pool.
