Robberg Beach Lodge

Nestled at the heart of the world-famous Garden Route, Plettenberg Bay is world-renowned for the splendour of its sky and seascapes and the unspoilt beauty of its lagoons and beaches. Just five minutes by car from the restaurants, galleries, coffee shops and bars, The Robberg Beach Lodge collection is a tranquil beachside haven on the beautiful Blue Flag Robberg Beach. It comprises four separate buildings which each have a selection of garden-facing rooms, sea-facing rooms and suites.

The Robberg Beach Lodge comprises Robberg House, Beachy Head Villa, Cottage Pie and Cordovan Villa. Together, these four houses offer a boutique hotel experience right on the beach. Beachy Head Villa acts as the central meeting place with a full breakfast served in the dining room and on the veranda next to the pool. All rooms at Robberg Beach Lodge have mini-bar, tea/coffee facilities, air-conditioning, satellite TV and safe. They differ in their size and their views.

Robberg House offers you all the luxuries of penthouse living, just stone's throw from the beach. Enjoy sundowners on the rooftop deck of Robberg House, with panoramic views of the ocean and Robberg Nature Reserve. There are five luxury Rooms, four suites and one sea view suite. Each suite has a sleeper couch that can sleep two small children and the View Suite can have 2 single beds added for two children under 12 years.

The Beachy Head Villa offers 6 rooms consisting of one Luxury Room, three Luxury View Rooms and two Luxury View Suites.

Set back from Beachy Head Villa lies the peaceful and private Cordovan Villa, a beachside sanctuary offering shady garden courtyards. Here there are five rooms - three Luxury Rooms and two Luxury Suites. This Villa is ideal for families as it offers inter-leading rooms and a spacious family suite.

Important Note: Not all rooms at the Robberg are sea facing and this can cause some upset if people dont realise that they have booked a non-sea facing room.

Cottage Pie by the Robberg is now sold as a separate entiry. As it is located a few metres back from the sweeping white beach of Robberg beach. It offers a private space to relax in a secluded private garden, with a bougainvillea-shaded terrace, an outside barbecue area and a sparkling pool. There’s a choice of three garden rooms and two spacious cottage suites, each with a sleeper coach for two small children.
