Londolozi Private Granite Suites is the flagship camp for Londolozi Game Reserve in the Sabi Sand Game Reserve. The lodge has just three suites which can be taken individually or by a small group of friends. It’s perfect for honeymoon couples and offers an almost unsurpassed level of sophistication and luxury.

Accommodation

The three massive suites are decorated in a sophisticated style using bold inspiring materials to convey the raw essence of Africa. A palette of silver, charcoal and elephant grey in a range of sumptuous materials creates an elegant and contemporary ambience in each expansive suite. The exquisite dry stone walling of each suite is reminiscent of the ruins of Great Zimbabwe.

There’s a seamless integration with nature. Large doors and windows place the emphasis on space, light and privacy. They lead out to your own private heated plunge pool overlooking the characteristic flat boulders of the Sand River below. These boulders are often used as impromptu sun beds by passing lions.

Londolozi has been owned by the Varty family for years. This pioneering hunting family turned to conservation early in the 20th century and began Londolozi as a safari camp in the 1980's. The Londolozi reserve traverses 15,000ha of exclusive land in the 64,000ha Sabi Sand Private Game Reserve. As well as morning and afternoon game drives with professional rangers and Shangaan trackers, you can also enjoy interpretative walks through the staff village, with visits to the school and the community crafts centre.
