Le Meridien Fishermans Cove

Perched on the south-western tip of the Beau Vallon Bay of Mahe in the Seychelles, Le Meridien Fishermans Cove has a peaceful setting in its own tropical gardens. The sweeping thatched roof, the use of local granite, and an open air lobby with breath-taking views of the Indian Ocean makes the Fishermans Cove a charming hotel. Indeed the convivial Fisherman's Cove Hotel began in 1943 making it the first and most legendary hotel in the Seychelles. It was completely rebuilt in 2004 so that its old world charm is combined with modern facilities and rooms, yet nothing is taller than the coconut palm trees surrounding the hotel.

Choose between Superior Ocean View rooms (Hibiscus), Deluxe Ocean View rooms (Fragipani), Ocean View Junior Suite, Garden or Ocean Front Deluxe Suites and Hilltop Ocean View or Ocean Front Executive Suites (Orchid) with room sizes ranging from a fairly standard 30m² up to 70m². Each room has a private balcony or terrace, satellite TV, minibar,air-conditioning, safe, tea/coffee facilities, hairdryer and en suite bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. Larger rooms have a sitting area and some suites have expresso machines and ipod docking stations,
