The public rooms of Le Franschhoek have a soft contemporary feel decorated in neutral colours with lots of use of glass to enjoy the surrounding country views as well as a funky cocktail bar, piano bar and light and airy restaurant.
Le Franschhoek is comprises 97 elegantly appointed bedrooms (79 rooms and suites and 18 villas) as well as a top notch health and wellness centre. All rooms have on offer air-conditioning, satellite television, telephone, internet access, mini bar, safe, under floor heating, tea/coffee facilities, full bathroom with bath and shower and windows that open out onto the lovely valley views of Le Franschhoek. The Garden, Vineyard and River suites are very spacious with balconies and two Hollywood twin beds (which can be converted to a king bed). There are also some two bedroom villas with their own sitting room and patio. These are particularly good for families.
There is lots on offer at Le Franschhoek Hotel with a choice of restaurants - one more formal and one alfresco restaurant, Le Verger at the Deli. The latter is particularly festive with enclosed garden 'rooms', shaded by canvas with glorious country views. There's also a well-equipped Camelot Wellness Spa and gym offering the full range of invigorating body and hydro treatments.
Other amenities on offer at Le Franschhoek Hotel  include tennis courts, swimming pool, walking trails, mountain bikes and a wine-bar and Deli offering informal wine-tasting and even cheese sampling from Franschhoek’s fine cheese makers. Take one of their mountain bikes and cycle around the surrounding wine estates (though it’s an uphill cycle on the way back!)
Le Franschhoek Hotel has family rooms and suites which consist of a bedroom downstairs with a gallery room upstairs for children. Leightons Kids Club offers both half day and full day activities for children including face painting, treasure hunts, drumming circles, walks and fishing at Le Franschhoek.
