Hotel L’Archipel

Hotel L'Archipel Resort is a lovely small hotel set in large scented tropical gardens at the north-east part of Praslin on its own secluded white beach, yet close to the larger Cote d’Or beach.

With its colonial Seychelles architecture, high ceilings and large windows, it has a light and airy ambience. Enjoy the lovely views of the bay, the surrounding islands and Anse Gouvernement from the pool terrace.

Accommodation

The resort is great for families. The 23 spacious rooms are nestled into the hillside facing the sea and overlooking a lovely private beach. There’s a choice of superior or deluxe rooms, senior suites which are ideal for families and two executive suites. All the rooms are air-conditioned with ceiling fan, minibar, safe, satellite television and telephone. Each has large sea-facing veranda with a separate entrance. Seven luxurious suites include a living area, bedroom, bathroom with bath and shower, walk-in wardrobe and large veranda.

Facilities at L’Archipel include a lovely freshwater swimming pool, the main restaurant , a more casual beach restaurant La Gigolette, Feuille d’Or which is known for its creole dishes, cocktail lounge and beach bar. Candlelit dinners with dancing to a live band take place twice a week around the pool.

Hotel L’Archipel makes for a convenient base to explore Praslin and also to enjoy the nearby islands with their secluded coves. Windsurfing and canoeing are complimentary activities whilst deep sea fishing, diving, trips to St Pierre Island for snorkelling and daily boat cruises to other islands can all be arranged at extra cost. You can also swim and snorkel off the sandy beach right in front of the hotel.
