Guests can dine inside in The Conservatory or al fresco on the terrace. Innovative cuisine is prepared by the talented culinary team headed by executive chef Oliver Cattermole. The gardens at this luxurious oasis in the centre of Franschhoek have been carefully laid out to create a sense of serenity and seclusion.
