Overview
Serengeti Under Canvas is a luxury semi-mobile tented camp which moves around the Serengeti National Park several times each year. This way you are brought within reach of the wildebeest migration over many months of the seasonal cycle. It allows you to explore remote, beautiful corners of the Serengeti which has excellent resident game.
The Camp
Using only private campsites, andBeyond Serengeti Under Canvas is intimate and exclusive. Each safari tent is spacious with double bed, en suite bathroom, separate w.c. and al fresco bucket shower. The guest areas comprise comfortable tents for dining, meeting for a pre-dinner drink, or just for whiling the time away between safaris. You have a private butler service, delicious home-baked meals, and traditional bush dinners served under the stars.
Redolent of a bygone era Serengeti Under Canvas offers a sumptuously luxurious safari experience. The custom-made Indian tents, crisp linen, sparkling crystal and polished brass lends flair to the simplicity of the camping experience.
Facilities include 24-hour Security, Meal on Request, En-Suite, Outside Shower, Verandah, Complementary Wi-Fi, Dressing Gowns, Internet, Mini Bar.
Serengeti migration
When the great migration crosses over into Kenya, the camp remains in the remote, beautiful corners of the northern Serengeti, known for its excellent resident game. The two intimate camps feature just nine en suite safari tents each.
Note that though andBeyond Serengeti under Canvas aims to get reach of the wildebeest migration for many months of the year, the wildebeest move with the rains which vary from year to year. Therefore it is not always possible to predict exactly where they will be at any one time.

Two private camps feature luxurious ensuite safari tents entirely intimate and exclusive, each with a double bed, ensuite bathroom and separate w.c, as well as an indoor sitting area, personal bar and his and hers al fresco bucket showers. Redolent of classic safari style, custom-made rugs, crisp linens, sparkling crystal and polished brass lend flair to the simplicity of camping.
Family Tent
The camp lends itself to family travel in the form of two spacious safari Tents with inter-leading passage that make up a Family Tent. Each tent has its own ensuite bathroom and a private veranda and seating area.
